Billie is a personal bill organization application developed by Jamcono (“Jamcono,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

We designed Billie with privacy in mind. Billie is intended to help you organize bills, due dates, payments, goals, and related information without requiring you to create a Jamcono account or provide Jamcono with your personal financial information.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Billie.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

1. Information Stored in Billie<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

Billie allows you to voluntarily enter information such as:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  • your preferred name;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • company or biller names;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • bill amounts;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • past-due amounts;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • due dates;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • danger or shutoff dates;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • payment status;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • deferred payment dates;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • notes;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • recurring bill information;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • savings goals; and<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • other information you choose to enter into the app.<\/span><\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

    In the current version of Billie, this information is stored locally on your device.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Jamcono does not operate a server that receives or stores your Billie bill-management data.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    2. Financial Information<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

    Billie is a bill organization tool. It is not a bank, financial institution, payment processor, lender, credit-reporting service, or financial-advisory service.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Billie does not connect to your bank accounts.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Billie does not request or store:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    • bank account numbers;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • credit or debit card numbers;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • banking passwords;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • online banking credentials;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • Social Security numbers; or<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • payment card security codes.<\/span><\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

      Amounts, balances, due dates, and other bill information that you manually enter are used to provide Billie’s organizational features and remain stored locally on your device in the current version of the app.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      3. Accounts<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

      Billie does not currently require a Jamcono account.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      You do not need to provide Jamcono with an email address, phone number, password, or other account credentials to use Billie’s core features.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      4. Your Name<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

      Billie may ask what you would like the app to call you.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      The name you provide is used to personalize your experience inside Billie.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      In the current version of Billie, this information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Jamcono.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      You may change this information through the app where that functionality is available.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      5. Purchases and Billie Pro<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

      Billie may offer optional paid features through Billie Pro.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Purchases and subscriptions offered through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple using Apple’s payment systems.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Jamcono does not receive your full payment-card information or Apple Account password.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Billie may receive information from Apple’s StoreKit system that is necessary to determine whether you have purchased or are entitled to access Billie Pro features.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Information processed by Apple is subject to Apple’s own privacy practices and terms.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      6. Analytics and Advertising<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

      The current version of Billie does not use third-party advertising networks.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Jamcono does not use Billie to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      The current version of Billie does not transmit your bill information to Jamcono for advertising or marketing purposes.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      If Jamcono introduces analytics, advertising, or other data-collection technologies in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      7. Device Storage<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

      Billie’s application data is stored using storage technologies provided by Apple’s operating system.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Because information is stored on your device, it may be affected by actions such as:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        \r\n
      • deleting Billie;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • erasing or resetting your device;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • restoring or replacing your device;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • operating-system or application data changes; or<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • device failure or loss.<\/span><\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

        You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups if the information stored in Billie is important to you.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        8. iCloud and Cloud Sync<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

        Billie does not currently provide Jamcono-operated cloud synchronization of your bill information.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        If a future version introduces iCloud synchronization or another cloud-based feature, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how that feature handles information before or when it becomes available.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        Apple-provided device backup functionality may separately back up application data depending on your device and iCloud settings. Such services are operated by Apple and governed by Apple’s policies.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        9. Notifications<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

        Billie may use local notifications or reminders to help you keep track of bills or other information.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        When notifications are generated locally on your device, Jamcono does not receive the contents of those notifications.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        You can control Billie’s notification permission through your device settings.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        10. Support Communications<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

        If you voluntarily contact Jamcono for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as:<\/span><\/p>\r\n
