Jamcono Apps

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

HDR Classic is developed and operated by Jamcono. We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping the app simple, transparent, and privacy-conscious.

Information We Collect

HDR Classic does not require you to create an account to use the core app.

The app may request access to certain device features, including:

  • Camera access — to capture photos and bracketed HDR exposures.
  • Photo Library access — to save processed images and, where supported, allow you to select images for editing or import.
  • Device information and diagnostics — limited technical information may be collected to help identify crashes, performance problems, and app errors.

HDR Classic does not intentionally collect the contents of your photos for advertising or profiling purposes.

Photos and Image Processing

Photos captured or imported into HDR Classic are processed on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Jamcono does not claim ownership of your photos or other content.

Your images remain yours.

Analytics and Diagnostics

HDR Classic may use Apple-provided or other privacy-conscious diagnostic services to understand crashes, app performance, device compatibility, and general feature reliability.

Diagnostic information may include items such as:

  • device model
  • operating system version
  • app version
  • crash logs
  • performance information

We do not use diagnostic data to identify you personally.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If HDR Classic offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, transactions are processed through Apple.

Jamcono does not receive or store your full payment card information.

Apple may process information related to your purchase according to Apple’s own privacy policies.

Advertising

HDR Classic does not sell your personal information.

If advertising is ever added to the app, this policy will be updated to explain what advertising technologies are used and what information may be processed.

Third-Party Services

HDR Classic may rely on third-party services for limited functions such as:

  • crash reporting
  • analytics
  • App Store purchases
  • support services

Those providers may process limited information according to their own privacy policies.

We aim to use only services necessary to operate, improve, and support the app.

Children’s Privacy

HDR Classic is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

Data Retention

HDR Classic does not maintain a cloud copy of your photographs as part of its standard image-processing workflow.

Diagnostic or support information, if collected, may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or support purposes.

Your Choices

You can control HDR Classic’s access to your camera, photos, and other system permissions through your device’s iOS Settings.

Removing a permission may limit certain app features.

You may also delete the app at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information handled through HDR Classic.

However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as HDR Classic evolves.

Any significant changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated effective date.
